
This is the part where I’m supposed to tell you how amazing I am and promise to fix everything for you. But let’s be honest—there’s no magic wand or pixie dust to make life instantly better. My style isn’t for everyone, and that’s okay. What matters is finding a therapist who feels like the right fit for you.
Here’s what I can do: I’ll show up for you. I’ll meet you exactly where you are. Together, we’ll figure out how to move toward where you want to be.
Therapy with me is all about connection. It’s about creating a space where you feel seen and your hurt is acknowledged and felt. My goal is to help you make sense of your experiences and support you in finding a way forward that truly works for your life.
My approach is pretty eclectic, pulling from tools like EMDR, ego state work (or IFS), polyvagal theory, attachment theory, and coherence therapy. I’m constantly exploring new modalities – I can’t resist a good rabbit hole. I’m always on the hunt for new ways to make the hard work of healing just a little easier.
But ultimately, therapy is about exploring what’s holding you back, processing the tough stuff, and building something better together.
