This is the part where I am supposed to tell you how amazing I am and promise to fix everything for you. But let us be honest: therapy does not work that way. There is no magic wand or pixie dust that makes life instantly better. I cannot fix you because you are not broken. What I can do is walk alongside you while you do the real work of healing.
My style is not for everyone, and that is okay. What matters is finding a therapist who feels like the right fit for you.
Here is what I can promise: I will show up for you. I will meet you exactly where you are. Together, we will figure out how to move toward where you want to be. But the movement? That comes from you.
How I Work
Therapy with me is all about connection. It is about creating a space where you feel seen and your hurt is acknowledged and felt. My goal is to help you make sense of your experiences and support you in finding a way forward that truly works for your life.
My approach is pretty eclectic, pulling from tools like EMDR, ego state work, polyvagal theory, attachment theory, and coherence therapy. I am constantly exploring new modalities because I cannot resist a good rabbit hole. I am always on the hunt for new ways to make the hard work of healing just a little easier.
Ultimately, therapy is about exploring what holds you back, processing the tough stuff, and building something better together.
