Healing Trauma with Evidence-Based Modalities

Everyone’s healing journey is unique, which is why I use a range of trauma-focused approaches to meet you where you are. The methods I use are designed to work gently with the nervous system, help process unresolved experiences, and build resilience over time.

My practice integrates several evidence-based modalities that can be tailored to your specific needs:

  • EMDR – Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, a well-researched approach for trauma, PTSD, and anxiety.
  • Brainspotting – A powerful method that uses the mind-body connection to access and heal deep emotional wounds.
  • Ego State Therapy & Internal Family Systems – “Parts work” to help different aspects of yourself heal and work together in harmony.
  • Coherence Therapy – A process for uncovering and shifting emotional learnings that keep old patterns in place.

Each of these modalities is grounded in the latest trauma research and can be combined depending on your goals and comfort level. Some clients prefer to focus on one approach, while others find a blended method most effective.
